  • Worldline Apollo is a new, free, real-time digital platform for monitoring transactions. It is offered by Worldline to its customers in order to assist them in the daily management of their business by giving them access to:

    • Detailed information regarding their business’s transactions and Worldline products.
    • Useful graphs and reports for the transactions
    • Efficient and prompt service
  • Worldline Apollo is a free service offered to all Worldline customers, whether they have a brick-and-mortar or online store.

  • Through Worldline Apollo you have access to:

    • Immediate and detailed information regarding your business’s transactions, in real-time
    • Aggregate information about your transactions per POS or per e-shop, store and bank
    • Useful graphs and detailed reports
    • Detailed information regarding your business’s collaboration with Worldline
    • Immediate communication with our support team
    • Monitoring the progress of your requests submitted to the support team
    • Immediate access to FAQs regarding the use of POS and your transactions
  • The process to register your business with Worldline Apollo is very easy and is performed by the company’s legal representative.

    Follow the 5 simple steps to complete the registration.

    Before you start, you will need to have the following information at hand:

    • Your company’s VAT no.
    • MID(s) – this is your business’s store code; it consists of 10 digits and is displayed on the POS sticker
    • A photo of your company’s stamp
    • Email addresses of the employees/associates of your business that you want to have access to Worldline Apollo
  • Worldline Apollo is provided free of charge.

  • The Worldline Apollo team is processing your application. Once approved, emails for activating access will be sent shortly, both to the legal representative as well as other users that may have been appointed in the registration form.

  • If the link you received is no longer active, please contact us at support@worldline-processing.gr or on (+30) 210 630 3000 so we can resend the invitation.

  • Of course. Worldline Apollo has been designed to be also used on mobile phones or tablets. Therefore, you can also use it via these devices.

  • All transactions performed through the Worldline POS that your business possesses, as well as the ones carried out on your online store that is supported by the Worldline e-Commerce, are displayed on Worldline Apollo.

  • You can see important information about your transactions, such as:

    • date and time the transaction was realised
    • type of transaction (e.g. purchase, refund, etc.)
    • card type (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    • transaction amount
    • redemption amount
    • number of instalments
    • transaction status (approval, rejection) 
  • From the moment you gain access to the application, all your business transactions that have taken place in the last year will be displayed in detail, as well as aggregate information for up to two years in the past, so that you are able to compare past periods in the graphs available.

  • Yes, you can connect one or more stores and VAT numbers to your account. For up to 5 stores and 1 VAT number you self-register.
    In the event that you wish to register more than 5 stores or more than 1 VAT number, please contact us after the initial self-registration at support@worldline-processing.gr or call us on 210 630 3000 so that we can assist you.

  • No, information will be displayed in the same account both for your brick-and-mortar store and your e-shop.

  • No, you do not. Worldline Apollo is accessible via the Internet and the application is compatible with the latest versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Mozilla and Microsoft Edge.

  • Of course. Contact forms are available on all pages of the Worldline Apollo platform and they provide you with easy and rapid access to our support team.
