Your LuxTrust public certificate has to be known by SOFiE.
To ensure SOFiE recognizes your LuxTrust public certificate, please follow these steps:
- Find Your Certificate: You should have received your public certificate as a file attached to an email from Easy_SSL, titled “Easy_SSL - Your order #1234 is now complete” (where 1234 is your order number). The file will be named “1234.txt”.
- Save the File: Download and save this file to your computer.
- Upload the Certificate: Click the “Browse” button to select the saved file, then click “Upload” below. There is no need to rename the file.
- Enter Your Credentials: You will be prompted to provide your SOFiE User ID and password. Use the same User ID and password that you normally use to log into SOFiE. Your User ID typically starts with "9999" and is related to the certificate you are uploading.
- Receive the Configuration File: After your upload, Worldline will send you a SOFiE configuration file via email. Please note:
- If you have multiple certificates, start a new session (close and reopen your browser) before each upload.
- The configuration file may take several hours to arrive, even during business hours.
Important: Please do not download any files from your SOFiE client until you have received and installed the new configuration file.
