It is very exceptional that a bancontact transaction is not paid out. Before filling in this form, we ask you to perform the following checks :

  • It is possible that the amount you are missing has been split. Check that the period number on your summary ticket of the day in question has been repeated on your account statement in one or more lines. 
  • If this is the case, your transactions have been paid out.
  • If you have not paid certain invoices, worldline compensates them through your transactions. Make sure you do not have any outstanding invoices.
