Frequently asked questions

You can find the terminal ID (TID) on the back of your terminal - it is printed on a sticker. Alternatively, you can also find it by pressing the Menu button in the top left corner, then looking on the right side of the menu bar.

Quick guide

First, check your network connection. Turn off WiFi or Mobile Data on your terminal and turn it back on again. If you are still experiencing connection issues after these steps, please contact our support team at 0848 832 000.

Please perform the daily closing regularly, ideally on a daily basis. In addition, you can also perform an end-of-shift. Please note that the end-of-shift is for informational purposes only and does not replace the daily closing. To access Daily Closing, either use the quick access keys or navigate to the terminal menu under Balances and then Daily Closing. In the same menu, you will also find the End of Shift option.

To change the communication type, open the menu in the top left corner of the screen. Then select Settings, followed by Network Setup, then Handle Network Connection. From there, choose your preferred connection type: WiFi or Mobile Network.

Once the daily closing has been completed, your payout to your bank account is typically processed within 1-2 business days.

You can find an overview of your transactions directly on the terminal by navigating to the menu, selecting Queries (Journal)  and then Transaction Journal. For a more detailed overview of your transactions, fees, and payouts, you can also use our free online portal myPortal. You will receive your login credentials by email.
