If the screen displays not activated, this means that the removal protection has been triggered. In this case, please contact support at 0848 832 000 and provide the identification number that appears on the screen. The support representative will then generate an activation code for you.

Once the daily closing has been completed, your payout to your bank account is typically processed within 1-2 business days.
